Werid Scream (February 7th)

I was sick so I didn't go to school today. Also I don't remember my dream but I remember something REALLY clearly. I was sleeping but then I heard a scream. It was a girl's high pitch yell. It made me jump. I asked if anyone else heard the yell but no one did. It sounded so clear and real. Can dreams do that?
